The hotel was opened last October hence the design & condition looks new & comfortable. Free Parking & Free Wifi is provided for guest. There is a LRT station 8 mins walk away from the hotel, hotel also provides free shuttle service.

We booked a Deluxe room and was upgraded to Grand Deluxe room as part of our Accor Platinum Member benefit.

Buffet breakfast is served at their all day dining restaurant – Link. A wide spread of food is provided, with ample selections and choices.

In the evening, The Lounge at Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar is a good choice to relax & chill while enjoying to their band plays.

Pros : New Hotel, Great Service, Free Parking, Free Wifi, Uncrowded
Cons : Slight inconvenient without own car; Instead of Mineral Water, they provide Reverse Osmosis Bottle Water (not the standard of 5 Star hotels); Breakfast at Executive Lounge is very pale & unappetizing (Luckily there is Link)
Overall, the stay is very pleasant, comfortable room, staff at Executive Lounge were friendly & helpful. A good choice when planning to stay in the area.
Now I have a choice between Hilton Petaling Jaya & Pullman Kuala Lumpur Bangsar.
