We specifically enjoy several dishes, The fresh seafood broth with hint of Saffron that enhances the umami flavour of the soup, increases the appetite for more. All 3 appetizers were perfect, especially the nicely grilled baby octopus, with fantastic Thai Mango Salsa.
For main course, the Cod fish superb quality, well seared to ensure the juices are sealed within. The melt in your mouth foie gras and beef always a great combination.
Dessert the Chocolate Volcano is another surprise, the sauce pairing with honey dew ice cream makes it a wonder, definitely a good recommendation. The rich, frothy & creamy chocolate mousse will appeal to chocolate lovers, jazzed up with fresh strawberry puree. Tiramisu is above average, a little extra kahlua and slight reduction of cocoa powder will make it better.
The food presentation was elegant & well balanced while the ambiance of the restaurant can be improve towards fine dining experience.
