The Pho Bo was delicious, the flavorful broth infused with herbs & hint of sourness by the lime enhances our appetite, every bite is filled with tender beef slices and the rice noodle & fresh vegetables. The crispy deep fried whole flounder retained its freshness and sweetness of the fish while the river prawn is another dish we would love to order more.
Another main highlight is definitely the side dish a small bowl of chef’s specialty which pairs supremely well with all the dishes. We were told every guests would ask for replenish several times in a meal!
