The Square Restaurant at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square offers daily International buffet both lunch & dinner featuring the concept of East Meet West with rotating daily highlights that include Italian, Thai, Japanese and Indian cuisine.
With a wide array of scrumptious food available, diners are spoilt with decent choices. Before the buffet dinner starts at 6pm, diners are already waiting outside the restaurant eager to be the first to enter.

One of our favourite is definitely the Honey Glazed Ham, the meat is very tender, juicy and sweetness of the honey enhances the overall flavour by toning down the meaty flavour.
Grilled Station & Pasta Station
There is also live cooking station where chefs prepares desired food on the spot. You can order Salmon, Pork Chop, Lamb Chop, Tenderloin, Sirloin & Fish from the Grilled Station.
While at Pasta station you can choose your own toppings, pasta & sauce. We particularly enjoyed the Thai style fettuccine with seafood.

We do like the way they prepare all dishes in smaller portion to ensure freshness of the food & prevent the food from being overcooked and dry out.

Overall the food was delicious particularly the fresh sashimi & grill station which we repeatedly ordered lamb chop & tenderloin.
The price for the weekday buffet dinner is 950 THB ++ per person. Accor Advantage Plus members are entitled for extra discount.
What we look forward: Perhaps additional oyster or crab to the buffet will make it more attractive at current price.
