Guests affected by travel restrictions with international bookings will be offered options to:

1. Move flight

One-time flight change to a new travel date on the same route within 180 calendar days from the original flight time without additional cost, subject to seat availability

2. Credit Refund

Retain the value of your fare in your AirAsia account. The online credit account is to be redeemed for booking within 365 calendar days from the issuance date for your travel with us.

Affected Routes

1. Malaysia (bookings made before 16 March, departure on or before 30 April only),

2. Singapore and Australia (bookings made before 7 March, departure on or before 30 April only)
