This Easter Sunday, ATAS at The RuMa Hotel and Residences invites guests to a refined dining experience featuring European bistro flavours and the season’s freshest ingredients. On 20 April 2025, The Easter Table buffet offers a luxurious spread including a Seafood Barrel of tiger prawns, lobsters, mussels, and Alaskan Queen crab, along with standout dishes like Canadian Lobster Pappardelle and Borneo Lobster Thermidor. Highlights include ATAS Mibrasa Oven Specials—Roasted Australian Leg of Lamb, Angus Beef Wellington, and Honey Glazed Turkey Ham—alongside a live Barbecue Station serving up brisket, BBQ lamb ribs, grilled scallops, prawns, and more.
BBQ Station
To end on a sweet note, guests can enjoy freshly made soufflé pancakes and pastries from the Viennoiserie Patisserie station. Families with children aged 5–11 can also take part in a complimentary Chocolate Egg Painting Workshop, limited to 30 participants and available by advance registration. The RuMa promises a memorable afternoon filled with indulgent flavours and warm hospitality.
