As dusk settles over Shah Alam this Ramadan, Glenmarie Hotel & Golf Resort presents Panggung Citarasa Nenda — a buka puasa buffet experience inspired by the comforting flavours of grandmother’s kitchen and the enduring warmth of family gatherings.

Running nightly from 20 February to 19 March 2026, the buffet is conceived as a culinary stage where heritage recipes take centre spotlight. Rooted in Malaysian tradition yet elevated with premium highlights, the experience celebrates the simple joy of reconnecting over a thoughtfully prepared meal during the holy month.

More than 400 dishes rotate throughout the season, offering both familiarity and indulgence. Signature highlights include Smoky Beef Brisket, the vibrant Laksa 7 Pelangi, Daging Bakar Harimau Menangis, Nasi Kerabu, and Nasi Kandar, alongside regional specialities from across Malaysia. Select showpieces — such as Rusa Golek, Roasted Whole Lamb, Roasted Whole Beef Leg, and seasonal durian — appear on rotation, encouraging repeat visits.

At the heart of the offering is the vision of Chef Muhamad Farhan Aszme, whose approach draws from nostalgic family kitchens and festive memories. In a fast-paced world, the buffet invites diners to slow down, savour comforting flavours and rediscover meaningful connections around the dining table.

Priced at RM178 nett per adult (RM98 nett per child and senior citizen), an early bird rate of RM158 nett per adult is available until 19 February 2026. Complimentary parking adds to the ease of gathering.

Warm, generous and rooted in tradition, Panggung Citarasa Nenda is less about spectacle and more about shared moments — a Ramadan celebration defined by heritage, hospitality and heart.
