The stylish yet cozy Scarlett Cafe & Wine Bar has established itself in one of Hong Kong’s renowned commercial district Tsim Tsa Tsui. The trendy outlet greets its customer with a chic open kitchen bar, blackboard menus, metal, wood décor with a mix of high and low seating.
True to its core, french cuisine bistro style is served coupled by a splendid wine list. To sum it up, Scarlett is a French Pub serving good, quality french food & wine at a very reasonable price.

We started off with G Board, a Combination of Parma Ham, Paleta Iberica de Bellota & Jamon Iberico Pata Negra & Selection of cheese. The Beef tartar ala Montmarte is to die for, fresh quality chopped beef well seasoned with herbs. Although raw beef, the flavours are very subtle & refreshing, ideal as an appetizer.
Another recommended dish is the Hokkaido Scallop, 6 large scallops nicely seared on both side topped on creamy mash potato & truffle oil. Satisfaction can be felt with every bite on the fresh & juicy scallop.
The Roasted baby chicken is well marinated hence very tender. The freshness of herbs penetrated in the meat can be tasted. We ended our meal with their signature Apple Tart Fine & Warm Molten Chocolate Cake.
Like its Bangkok’s counterpart, the food served were delicious and what we really enjoy apart from the great food in Scarlett Cafe & Wine Bar is the casual atmosphere that comes with great vibes. Hong Kong is tense, Scarlett is the perfect refuge for great food in a relaxing atmosphere.

Scarlett is one of my favourite places to eat in Hong Kong. Their lunchtime specials are great value for money.
The one in Bangkok is even better.
