On arrival we were greeted with a glass of bubbly as welcome drink and a scent infused towelette to freshen ourselves.
The hotel provided us a mobile phone encouraging us to call and seek guidance if required and a detailed book of Angkor Wat that will certainly makes our sightseeing the next day more informative.

Apart from all its premium offering, what actually propel Shinta Mani Club to outshine its competitor is definitely the impeccable service from ALL of its staff. Every staffs were very friendly & genuine, greeting us every time & trying their best to make our stay better.
Bottles of water is given every time we head out, cold towels to refresh ourselves when we returned, ice cold water provided without asking at the pool bar. As our flight was in late evening, they even allow us to stay in another room instead of insisting us to check out!
Rarely such high service standard is successfully embedded in every staff DNA, even some luxury hotels lacks it.
Other than that, a stay at Shinta Mani assists the Shinta Mani Foundation to enhance the lives of the individuals in the local communities by increasing their human capital and providing them the tools to overcome the constraints of poverty with a percentage of the daily room rate going to the foundation to support their activities.
