East Coast Kitchen is Holiday Inn Pattaya’s signature all day dining restaurant serving both international & authentic Thai cuisine.
Located in Executive Tower, the contemporary design restaurant featuring lush green and vibrant orange settings providing a casual & relaxing dining environment.
Diners can also enjoy a splendid view of the infinity pool as well as panoramic view of Pattaya Bay.
Some of the signature dishes at East Coast Kitchen were specially created by renowned celebrity chef Ian Kittichai (Iron Chef Thailand & owner of Issaya Siamese Club) for Holiday Inn Pattaya which we were eager to try.
Tom Yam Gung Lai Suer – 430 THB
Wok Fried Chicken with Cashew Nuts & Dry Chili – 285 THB
Seared Pork Chop with Crispy Garlic and Lemongrass – 650THB
Strawberry Swirl Cheese Cake – 220 THB
The Tom Yam Gung comes with Grilled Tiger Prawns & charred oyster mushroom cooked in kaffir-lemongrass seafood broth has great depth of sweetness from the seafood, sour that opens one appetite & some spiciness from the chili.
Also the Pork Chop was perfectly seared with a crispy crust on the outer layer and tender & juicy meat inside, best accompanied with the sauce. Not to forget the wok fried chicken and cashew nuts was pretty good as well.
For dessert we ordered mango sticky rice which is a classic thai dessert also our all time favourite & strawberry swirl cheese cake to finish off our meal. After meal, you can also relax by the pool and enjoy the sea breeze.
