Anantara Siam Bangkok Ups the Sunday Brunch Ante with Premium Moët & Chandon

Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel steps up its celebrated weekend offering with a free-flow Moët & Chandon Champagne package as well as a new concept that will see the city’s top restaurants and celebrated street food vendors take turns to delight Anantara guests with one-of-a-kind culinary experiences.

The line-up for the upcoming brunches includes special guest appearances from the chefs at Bib Gourmand, a two Michelin-starred restaurant, as well as top-rated purveyors of street food who will be serving up such favourites as toasted buns, wok-fried flat rice chicken noodles and sukiyaki with chicken, pork and seafood.

Set in leafy Ratchadamri and home to some of Bangkok’s best restaurants, Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel has long been heralded as the host of the city’s most bountiful brunch. After a brief break, the Sunday celebration returns, welcoming foodies and families looking to round off the week in style at physically distanced tables set inside an air-conditioned dining room as well as alfresco.

The Sunday Brunch offers a lavish buffet with live stations such as premium seafood, sensational sushi, aromatic Asian corner, flame-grilled meats, freshly prepared Italian and an ever-changing selection of signature hot dishes. Guests can look forward to sampling premium starters served à la minute ensuring your antipasti, salads and seafood, as well as select sushi and sashimi, lobster thermidor, foie gras, beef Wellington, Peking duck and crispy pork, retain their flavours and freshness.

The rotisserie machine provides a feast for both the eyes and stomach. The only one of its kind in Thailand, this traditional rustic-style piece was imported from Chelles in France. Perfectly cooked and basted poultry, meats and vegetables are rotated gently on an elegant spit, licked by the flames from the cast iron hearth and visible through the glass doors of the rotisserie. Commonly used by Michelin-starred chefs across the globe, the succulent tastes that emerge demonstrate why it is so popular with the industry champions.

Main courses will be served a la carte, prepared and individually plated to perfection, while the grand finale comprises a choice of delectable desserts. For those in the mood to indulge, the alcoholic packages include free-flow premium Champagne, bottomless wine and a choice of cocktails from the bar.

Sunday Brunch flows from 11.30 am – 3.00 pm weekly, spreading throughout Parichart Court (Madison, Aqua Bar and Spice Market restaurants). Guests can enjoy seating in an air-conditioned dining room or in a tropical open-air atrium.
