While not to be confused with Fratelli Pizzeria beside which is an all day dining restaurant offering authentic Italian pizzas & pastas, Fratelli Trattoria is a dinner-only outlet serving fine Italian cuisine over a open kitchen where dinners can watch how their gourmet food are prepared.

Organic Yellow Corn Fed Chicken Breast with Braised Leek, Beetroot ketchup, Sauteed Spring Mix Mushroom with Marsala Wine Sauce – 9/10
The chicken breast caught everyone by surprised, it was tender & juicy throughout even though it was pan grilled while the tangy marsala wine sauce enhances the flavours.

The Il Nuovo cheese cake is their modern approach in cheese cake using soft cheese cream and raspberry mousse parfait coated in white chocolate, paired with raspberry sorbet and raspberry textures.
The 5 course tasting menu at Fratelli Trattoria is priced at $138++ per person which a good start to taste some of their specialty dishes.
