  1. Hey Tommy,

Would you be able to put in a description like this about Gongbei in Zhuhai. I’m thinking about crossing the border while I’m in Macau for 1 day. All the websites are very vague. You display your information in a very easy to understand format.

    • Hi Nikki,

I will start on Zhuhai soon !! Before that, just for you.. Gongbei is a shopping complex for bargain clothing.. It is cheaper than Hong Kong & Macau.. Once pass the immigration of Macau & exits China immigration, you just need to walk down the steps to Gongbei underground complex.. Remember to bargain hard & just walk away if the price is high..

      • 3 friends and I will go Zhuhai on 25 Jan 2013 and need some advice from you.
We will stay at Charming Hotel for 2 days.
Any attractive places must visit?I am looking for some cheap accessories ( earring/necklace etc) and clothes, any advise?Any jewelry accessories wholesales shop there?
        Thks.

  2. Hi Tommy. We’ll go to Macau next week. We’ll be staying at Villa Ka Meng. I know it’s near the Senado Square. Do you know how to get there from Macau International Airport? The problem is, we’ll be arriving in the evening. So it’s hard to find places. One more, Are the attractions in Macau near each other? Can we walk from one place to another? Or do we have to ride in a bus? Thank you very much. PS. We don’t know how to speak in Chinese.

    • Hi Jennifer, Bus AP1 plies the airport and the Barrier Gate. If arriving late, perhaps you can use Uber to reach your hotel. You can key in uber-tommyooi for first ride discount. Always print out your hotel information to show the driver. Some attractions are closed to each other but some requires transportation to reach there.
