This restaurant boasts a contemporary design and welcoming ambiance with a taste of tropics and breeze – drawing inspiration from the lush rainforests and radiant sunlight which create a heavenly tropical escape amidst the bustling airport environment.
At the heart of The Summerhouse is a thoughtfully crafted menu inspired by global culinary trends, embracing a contemporary approach to classic Western cuisine. From the signature dish of Australian Beef Stew with Pomme Puree, to delectable mains and indulgent desserts, each dish is made with the freshest and finest ingredients.
