The 2nd batch of voluntary AstraZeneca vaccination with a total of 1.24 million doses of the vaccine will be offered to senior citizen 60 years and above residing in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor, Penang and Sarawak
The booking of appointment slots will start at 12 pm today (23 May) to residents based on a “first click and first serve” basis via the JKJAV website.

Vaccine injections will be given between 7 June and 27 July at 8 AstraZeneca Vaccine Administration Centres (PPVAZ).

For the AstraZeneca vaccine, the first and second dose is set at 12 weeks or about three months apart. The 12-week interval is recommended by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and is currently being practised in the United Kingdom.
2 May Waiting List
According to the Covid-19 Immunisation Task Force (CITF), those who had registered their name under the waiting list during the booking of slots on 2 May will be automatically included in this round of the AstraZeneca vaccination exercise. Therefore please check your MySejahtera app for appointment dates.
